إيجل هيلز تطلق مشروع مارينا لليخوت الفائقة بقيمة 2.5 مليار دولار في ألبانيا
المرفأ..الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أبوظبي، 28 نوفمبر 2022: أعلنت شركة التطوير العقاري الإماراتية إيجل هيلز عن إطلاق مرسى لليخوت الفاخرة الضخمة التي يصل طولها إلى أكثر 180 متراً، وهو المرسى الأكبر على الإطلاق في البحر الأبيض المتوسط: مرسى دوريس لليخوت Durrës Yachts & Marina.
إذ يقع مرسى دوريس لليخوت Durrës Yachts & Marina في مدينة دوريس الألبانية القديمة، على بعد 34 كيلومتراً فقط من تيرانا، عاصمة ألبانيا، ومن شأنه أن يعيد تعريف مفهوم أسلوب حياة الرفاهية من خلال قدرته على استقبال اليخوت الفاخرة الضخمة وبواخر الرحلات البحرية.
دوريس هي أقدم مدينة في العالم وتضمّ أكبر ميناء في ألبانيا، ويعود تاريخ هذه “المدينة الأزلية” الواقعة على البحر الأدرياتيكي إلى 3000 عام، حيث تأسّست عام 627 قبل الميلاد. وهي تحفل بالمواقع الأثرية القديمة، مثل مدرّج الإمبراطور الروماني هادريان الشهير، والذي يضمّ 15,000 مقعداً، ممّا يجعله ثاني أكبر مدرّج أثريّ في البلقان.
وبالإضافة إلى 12,000 وحدة سكنية فاخرة على المرسى الأنيق، والتي تجسّد مثالاً رفيعاً على أسلوب الحياة المترف على ساحل البحر الأدرياتيكي، يتضّمن المشروع مجموعة كبيرة من المرافق ذات المستوى العالمي، وتشمل:
• مرسى على أحدث طراز يستوعب أكبر اليخوت الفاخرة الضخمة في العالم والتي يصل طولها إلى أكثر من 180 متراً
• محطّة لسفن الرحلات البحرية الدولية، وهي الأولى من نوعها على ساحل ألبانيا
• وجهات راقية في الهواء الطلق للتسوّق والبيع بالتجزئة تقدّم مفاهيم فريدة من المطاعم والمتاجر
• حدائق ومساحات مفتوحة مصمّمة بأحدث طراز
• فنادق فخمة وشقق فندقية من أرقى العلامات العالمية
• نوادٍ ومنتجعات صحية عالمية المستوى
• أندية الشاطئ واليخوت الأكثر حصريّة
