البداد كابيتال والبداد سعودي القابضة تُبرمان شراكة استراتيجية مع تنسافورم التركية لتطوير حلول التكسية المعمارية في الخليج
المرفأ…دبي، الإمارات – أعلنت شركة البداد كابيتال والبداد سعودي القابضة، في خطوة استراتيجية بارزة تهدف إلى إحداث نقلة نوعية في مجال التكسية المعمارية المشدودة، عن توقيع اتفاقية شراكة مع شركة تنسافورم لصناعة وتجارة الهياكل المشدودة التركية (Tensaform Membran Yapılar Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş)، وذلك لتنفيذ مشاريع متخصصة في أنظمة الهياكل المشدودة ضمن أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
تهدف هذه الشراكة إلى دمج القوة التصنيعية والتشغيلية لشركتي البداد كابيتال والبداد سعودي القابضة مع الخبرة الفنية والهندسية الدقيقة لشركة تنسافورم، بما يعزز تقديم حلول معمارية متطورة ومستدامة تتماشى مع الطفرة العمرانية التي تشهدها المنطقة.

وقد تم توقيع الاتفاقية في مقر شركة البداد في دبي، بحضور قيادات من الجانبين حيث مثل البداد كابيتال والبداد سعودي القابضه كل من: الدكتور فطين بن حسين البداد (المؤسس والشريك ورئيس مجلس الإدارة)، السيد زايد البداد (المؤسس والشريك والرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة)، المهندس فيصل البداد (المدير العام)، السيد إيهاب معلم (الرئيس التنفيذي)، والسيد أحمد فهمي (المدير المالي)، والسيد ماهر حافظ بدوي (المدير الاقليمي للمبيعات) ومن جانب شركة تنسافورم التركية، حضر السيد محمد يلماز (المالك والمدير العام) حيث عبّر الجانبان عن التزامهما الكامل بنجاح هذه الشراكة وانعكاسها الإيجابي على المشاريع المقبلة في المنطقة.
وتنص الاتفاقية على أن تتولى البداد كابيتال مسؤولية التصنيع المحلي، إدارة العملاء، والإشراف الميداني على التنفيذ، فيما تقدم تنسافورم الدعم الهندسي الكامل، بما في ذلك التصميمات التفصيلية، التحليل الهيكلي، والابتكار في المواد والتقنيات.
