“هيلفيتاس” السويسرية تختتم ورشة تدريبية لتمكين صغار المزارعين والشركات الناشئة في محافظتي المفرق وإربد

رعت السيدة آلاء المعايطة، الممثل القطري لمنظمة “هيلفيتاس” السويسرية للتعاون الدولي في الأردن ولبنان ، فعاليات ورشة عمل تدريبية متخصصة بتمكين صغار المزارعين والشركات الناشئة في محافظتي المفرق وإربد بحضور مدير المشروع الدكتور محمد الشبول والمنسقين من المحافظات ، حيث تناولت الورشة التدريبية موضوعات التخطيط وإعداد الموازنات للمشاريع الزراعية الناشئة، إضافة إلى مدخل في إعداد الميزانيات، وتقييم المخاطر، وبناء الموازنات التقديرية للمشاريع الزراعية.
واختتمت الورشة، التي امتدت على مدار ثلاثة أيام، بتزويد المشاركين بأدوات عملية تساعدهم على تحويل خططهم إلى مشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ وذات أثر ملموس في القطاع الزراعي.
ونُظمت هذه الفعالية بحضور الشركاء: الحديقة النباتية الملكية، الاتحاد النوعي للمزارعات المنتجات، المركز الوطني للبحوث الزراعية، Venture x، واستهدفت 56 مشاركاً من المزارعين ومربي الثروة الحيوانية والنباتية في الجمعيات التعاونية، بينهم 15 شركة ناشئة تعمل على إيجاد حلول مبتكرة للتحديات التي تواجه القطاع الزراعي.

وفي سياقه, صرحت السيدة آلاء المعايطة:
“نسعى من خلال هذه البرامج التدريبية إلى تمكين صغار المزارعين ومربيات المواشي بالأدوات والمعارف التي تساعدهم على تطوير مشاريعهم الزراعية، وجعلها أكثر استدامة وربحية. نحن نؤمن أن الاستثمار في قدرات المزارعين هو استثمار مباشر في الأمن الغذائي والتنمية الريفية، ونفخر بشراكاتنا مع المؤسسات الوطنية التي تشاركنا هذا الهدف”.

*Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation Concludes Training Workshop to Empower Smallholder Farmers, Cooperatives, and Startups from Mafraq and Irbid Governorates*

Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation concluded a specialized training workshop in Amman aimed at empowering smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and startups from Mafraq and Irbid governorates. The workshop was sponsored by Ms. Alaa Al-Maayta, Country Representative of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in Jordan and Lebanon, and attended by the 20D4C Project Manager, Dr. Mohammad Al Shoboul, along with local coordinators, cooperative leaders, and Helvetas’ sub-partners.

The three-day training addressed topics, including planning and budgeting for emerging agricultural projects, an introduction to preparing financial statements, risk assessment, and the development of projected budgets for agricultural initiatives and systemic change. It concluded by equipping participants with practical tools to transform their plans into implementable projects with tangible impact in the agricultural sector.

The event was attended by Helvetas sub-partners, the Specific Union for Women Farmers, the National Agricultural Research Center, and VentureX. It brought together 56 participants, including farmers, livestock, and crop producers from cooperative associations, as well as 15 startups developing innovative solutions to address key challenges in the agricultural sector.

Ms. Alaa Al-Maaytah stated:
