لجنة كرة القدم الاحترافية في الاتحاد الآسيوي تعتمد تعديلات رئيسية لرفع مستوى كرة القدم للأندية في آسيا
المرفأ- عقدت لجنة كرة القدم الاحترافية في الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم اجتماعها الثاني بعد ظهر يوم الجمعة، حيث أكدت مجددًا التزام الاتحاد المستمر بتعزيز أسس كرة القدم الاحترافية للأندية في القارة.
وأُقيم الاجتماع في جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، برئاسة بارك جي-سونغ، حيث وافقت اللجنة على تعديلات في لوائح دخول مسابقات الأندية (نسخة 2025) ولوائح ترخيص الأندية (نسخة 2024)، كما أقرت اعتماد لوائح دخول مسابقات الأندية (نسخة 2026) ولوائح ترخيص الأندية (نسخة 2026)، وذلك بهدف رفع المعايير الاحترافية في مختلف أنحاء القارة.
موسم 2026/2027
تشمل التعديلات على لوائح الدخول (نسخة 2025)، والتي ستطبق حصريًا على موسم 2026/2027، مراجعة توزيع المقاعد على الاتحادات الأعضاء بما يتماشى مع توسيع بطولة دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة من 24 إلى 32 ناديًا، بما في ذلك الحد الأقصى لعدد المقاعد الممنوحة لكل اتحاد.
كما تم استحداث مقعد جديد لوصيف بطولة دوري التحدي الآسيوي للتأهل إلى الدور التمهيدي من بطولة دوري أبطال آسيا 2.
إضافة إلى ذلك، تم توضيح المعايير الرياضية، ومبادئ تصنيف مسابقات الأندية في الاتحاد الآسيوي، وآلية التقديم وفق مبادئ الترشيح المعدلة.
كما جرى تعديل لوائح ترخيص الأندية (نسخة 2024)، حيث تم تحديد موعد نهائي جديد خاص بإجراءات التقديم الاستثنائية لترخيص الأندية، نتيجة لتعديل توزيع المقاعد.
موسم 2027/2028
اعتبارًا من موسم 2027/2028، ستُطبق لوائح الدخول (نسخة 2026). ومن أبرز التحديثات إدخال متطلبات جديدة ضمن معايير أهلية الاتحادات الأعضاء، أبرزها إلزامية تطبيق تقنية حكم الفيديو المساعد (VAR) في دوريات الدرجة الأولى المحلية للاتحادات المشاركة في بطولة دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة.
كما تم تعديل الحد الأدنى لمتطلبات أنظمة المسابقات المحلية، وعدد المباريات التي يجب أن يخوضها كل نادٍ محليًا بالنسبة للاتحادات المشاركة في دوري التحدي الآسيوي، بما يتماشى مع الواقع الحالي.
أما لوائح ترخيص الأندية (نسخة 2026)، فقد شهدت تعديلات بعد مشاورات ومراجعات موسعة مع الاتحادات الأعضاء ضمن مشروع خارطة طريق بدأ في يونيو 2025. وستدخل هذه التعديلات حيز التنفيذ بدءًا من موسم 2027/2028 لبطولات:

فيما ستُطبق على دوري أبطال آسيا للسيدات بدءًا من موسم 2028/2029.
وسيتم رفع بعض معايير الترخيص تدريجيًا خلال الدورات المقبلة، بما يمنح الأندية وضوحًا أكبر في المتطلبات ويساعدها على تطبيقها.
كما اطلعت اللجنة على عرض حول مشاركات الأندية في مسابقات الاتحاد الآسيوي لموسم 2025/2026، وتقدم إعداد تقرير المقارنة المعيارية، المتوقع توزيعه بحلول أغسطس 2026.
وتم كذلك استعراض مستجدات تتعلق بقواعد اللاعبين المحليين (Homegrown)، وعمليات التدقيق على التزام الأندية بالترخيص، ومشروع تحديث نظام إدارة تراخيص الأندية، ومبادرات إدارة الملاعب، إضافة إلى تقارير أنشطة كرة القدم الاحترافية لعام 2025.
وتبقى جميع هذه القرارات بحاجة إلى مصادقة اللجنة التنفيذية في الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم قبل دخولها حيز التنفيذ، على أن يتم تعميم التعديلات على جميع الاتحادات الأعضاء ونشرها عبر الموقع الرسمي للاتحاد.
AFC Professional Football Committee adopts key changes to elevate Asian club football
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Professional Football Committee convened for its second meeting on Friday afternoon as it reaffirmed the Confederation’s continued commitment to strengthening the foundations of Asian professional club football.
Held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and led by Chairperson Park Ji-sung, the Committee approved amendments to the AFC Club Competitions – Entry Regulations (Edition 2025) and AFC Club Licensing Regulations (Edition 2024), and also agreed to adopt the AFC Club Competitions – Entry Regulations (Edition 2026) and AFC Club Licensing Regulations (Edition 2026), which are aimed at elevating the professional standards across the Continent.
2026/27
Amendments to the Entry Regulations (Edition 2025), which will apply exclusively to the 2026/27 season, comprise revisions to slot allocation for Member Associations (MAs) in line with the new AFC Champions League Elite™ (ACL Elite) expansion from 24 to 32 clubs, including the maximum number of slots allocated to each MA, as well as the introduction of a new slot for the AFC Challenge League™ runner-up to enter the AFC Champions League Two™ Preliminary Stage. The revised AFC Men’s Club Competitions 2026/27 slot allocation can be accessed here.
In addition, clarifications for sporting criteria, the AFC Club Competitions Ranking Principles and the application process for revised nomination principles were provided. The AFC Club Licensing Regulations (Edition 2024) have also been amended; as a result of the revised slot allocation, a new specific deadline for the Club Licensing Extraordinary Application procedure has been introduced.
2027/28
Thereafter, the Entry Regulations (Edition 2026) will apply from the 2027/28 season onwards. Key updates include new requirements in the MA Eligibility Criteria, most notably the mandatory implementation of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system in the domestic top division leagues of Participating MAs in the ACL Elite.
Furthermore, the minimum requirements for domestic competition formats, as well as the minimum number of matches each club must play in domestic competitions for PMAs in the AFC Challenge League™ (ACGL), have been adjusted to reflect the current landscape.
For the AFC Club Licensing Regulations (Edition 2026), changes were made after extensive consultation and reviews with MAs via a Roadmap Project that began in June 2025; these will come into effect for the AFC Champions League Elite™, AFC Champions League Two™ and ACGL from the 2027/28 sporting season onwards, and for the AFC Women’s Champions League™ from 2028/29 onwards. Certain criteria gradations will be progressively upgraded over subsequent club licensing cycles, allowing clubs to have greater clarity of the requirements and facilitate their implementation.
The Committee received an overview of the AFC Club Competitions 2025/26 entries and the progress of the AFC Club Competitions Benchmarking Report 2025/26, which is targeted for distribution by August 2026.
Updates on the areas of Homegrown Player Rules, Club Licensing Compliance Audits, the modernisation project of the AFC Club Licensing Administration System and Pitch Management Initiatives were also provided, along with activity reports of key Professional Football events from 2025.
All decisions must now be ratified by the AFC Executive Committee before taking effect, and all amendments will be communicated to all MAs and made available on the-AFC.com in due course.
