أبوظبي للتراث تحصد 5 جوائز ضمن جوائز ستيفي الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا
المرفأ- أبوظبي18 مايو 2026: فازت هيئة أبوظبي للتراث بخمس جوائز ضمن فئات جوائز ستيفي الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، تقديراً لجهودها المستمرة في تقديم حلول مبتكرة وممارسات إدارية متميزة تعزّز من كفاءة العمل الحكومي في إمارة أبوظبي.
وحصدت الهيئة الجائزة الذهبية عن فئة «الممارسات الإدارية المبتكرة» وذلك عن مشروعها «القيادة في صناعة القيمة الحكومية: تحول مؤسسي مبتكر في إدارة المشتريات»، والذي يبرز دور الهيئة في خلق قيمة مضافة ومستدامة من خلال العمليات الإدارية.
كما نالت الهيئة الجائزة الفضية في فئة «الإنجاز الابتكاري في تعافي المؤسسات»، عن نموذج «من التشظي التشغيلي إلى المرونة المؤسسية: نموذج حكومي للتعافي في إدارة المشتريات»، وهو المشروع الذي جسّد قدرة الهيئة على التكيف والتحول نحو منظومة عمل أكثر مرونة وكفاءة.
وفازت الهيئة بجائزة برونزية ضمن فئة «التميز في الابتكار الحكومي» عن مشروعها «من الإجراءات إلى النظام المتكامل: تحول قيادي مبتكر في المشتريات الحكومية».
وفي فئة الإدارة المبتكرة في الحكومة، فاز محمد ماجد الجنيبي، مدير إدارة المشتريات في قطاع الخدمات المساندة بالهيئة بالجائزة الفضية تقديراً لجهوده في تطوير منظومة العمليات المبتكرة، بالإضافة إلى جائزة برونزية أخرى في فئة الإدارة المبتكرة في الحكومة والتحول المؤسسي.
وتجسد هذه الجوائز التزام هيئة أبوظبي للتراث بتبني أعلى معايير الابتكار والتميز في منظومة العمل الإداري والخدمات المساندة، وتبني التحول الذكي لخدمة المجتمع وحفظ التراث برؤية عصرية، وبما يدعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية لحكومة أبوظبي.
يُذكر أن «جوائز ستيفي» تعد من أبرز جوائز الأعمال العالمية المخصصة لتكريم الإنجازات والمساهمات الإيجابية للمؤسسات والمهنيين العاملين في جميع أنحاء العالم، وتضم العديد من البرامج التي تستقطب أكثر من 12,000 مرشح من مختلف الجهات والمؤسسات في دول العالم.
Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority wins five titles at Middle East and North Africa Stevie Awards
Abu Dhabi, 18 May 2026: The Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority has received five awards across multiple categories at the Middle East and North Africa Stevie Awards, in recognition of its continued efforts to introduce innovative solutions and advanced administrative practices that enhance the efficiency of government operations in Abu Dhabi.
The authority received the Gold Award in the category of Innovative Management Practices (Organisations with 100 or More Employees) for its pioneering project, Leadership Creating Government Value: An Innovative Institutional Transformation in Procurement Management, which underscores the authority’s role in generating sustainable added value through innovative administrative operations and institutional practices.
The authority also earned the Silver Award in the category of Innovative Achievement in Organisation Recovery for its distinguished model, From Operational Fragmentation to Institutional Resilience: A Government Procurement Recovery Model, a project that demonstrated the authority’s ability to adapt and transition toward a more flexible and efficient operational framework.
In addition, the authority won a Bronze Award in the category of Excellence in Government Innovation for its project, From Procedures to an Integrated System: An Innovative Leadership Transformation in Government Procurement.
In the category of Innovative Management in Government, Mohammed Majed Al Junaibi, Director of Procurement, in the authority’s Support Services Sector, received the Silver Award in recognition of his efforts in developing an innovative operations ecosystem, in addition to another Bronze Award he received in the category of Innovative Management in Government and Institutional Transformation.
These accolades reflect the commitment of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority to adopting the highest standards of innovation and excellence across its administrative and support services systems.
