برومين ماراثون عمّان 2025 ينطلق بنسخته الخامسة عشر في 17 تشرين الأول
المرفأ…برعاية سمو الأمير فراس بن رعد المعظم، أعلنت الجمعية الأردنية للماراثونات (Run Jordan) عن انطلاق النسخة الخامسة عشر من برومين ماراثون عمّان 2025 يوم الجمعة 17 تشرين الأول، فيما يقام سباق الأطفال يوم الجمعة 10 تشرين الأول في حدائق الحسين.
ويقام الماراثون تحت شعار “اركض في قلب عمّان”، ليحوّل شوارع العاصمة إلى منصة رياضية عالمية تجمع آلاف العدّائين والهواة من مختلف الدول، ويجسد حيوية المدينة ومكانتها كوجهة رياضية وسياحية بارزة. وتحمل نسخة هذا العام بعداً إنسانياً من خلال تخصيص 20% من رسوم التسجيل لدعم أهل غزة عبر الهيئة الخيرية الأردنية الهاشمية، إلى جانب التعاون مع جمعية العون الطبي الفلسطيني للتبرع بنسبة 20% من رسوم الاشتراكات التي تتم عبر الجمعية. وأكدت الآنسة لينا الكرد، المدير العام للجمعية الأردنية للماراثونات، أن الرياضة قادرة على أن تكون جسراً للأمل والدعم، مشددة على حرص الجمعية على أن يكون الماراثون حدثاً يحمل رسالة مجتمعية بقدر ما هو حدث رياضي عالمي.
ثمّنت الكرد الدعم الكبير من شركة برومين الأردن، الراعي الرئيسي للماراثون، مؤكدة أهمية الشراكة المتواصلة مع أمانة عمّان الكبرى، مديرية الأمن العام، هيئة الأركان المشتركة، الاتحاد الأردني لألعاب القوى، ووزارات التربية والتعليم، الصحة، والسياحة.
كما أعربت عن اعتزاز الجمعية برعاية البنك العربي كراعٍ ذهبي، وشركتي البوتاس والفوسفات كراعٍ فضي، إلى جانب زين كشريك الاتصالات وغدير كمياه رسمية للماراثون، فضلاً عن الدعم العيني واللوجستي من شركات: أرامكس، سنيورة، بافالو، الضيعة، ونادي فاي الرياضي.
وأشادت الكرد بالدور المحوري لوسائل الإعلام والإعلان في دعم الماراثون والتعريف برسالته، وفي مقدمتها التلفزيون الأردني، راديو إنرجي، جورمول، جيميك، راديو فن، روتانا، وعمان TV.
وأكدت الجمعية أن سلامة العدّائين تأتي على رأس الأولويات، بفضل التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني مثل جمعية النداء الصحي، جمعية الهلال الأحمر الأردني، النادي الأردني للدراجات، إضافة إلى الدور المحوري لمئات المتطوعين الذين يشكّلون العمود الفقري في إنجاح الماراثون.
وتنطلق فعاليات برومين ماراثون عمّان 2025 من إشارات الساحة الهاشمية، وتشمل الماراثون الفردي لمسافة 42.195 كم، الماراثون التتابع لمسافة 42.195 كم، نصف ماراثون (21 كم) للفردي ولفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وسباق 10 كم للفردي ولفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. فيما يقام سباق الأطفال يوم الجمعة 10 تشرين الأول في حدائق الحسين – ملعب كرة القدم (11)، ويشمل الفئات العمرية من 6 إلى 14 عاماً.
Bromine Amman Marathon 2025 Kicks Off in Its 15th Edition on October 17
Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Firas Bin Raad, Run Jordan announced the launch of the 15th edition of the Bromine Amman Marathon 2025 on Friday, October 17, while the Children’s Race will take place on Friday, October 27 at Al Hussein Gardens.
The marathon will be held under the slogan: “Run in the Heart of Amman”, transforming the streets of the capital into a world-class sporting platform that gathers thousands of runners and enthusiasts from around the globe. This year’s edition also carries a humanitarian dimension, as 20% of the registration fees will be allocated to support the people of Gaza through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, in addition to a cooperation agreement with the Palestinian Medical Relief Society to donate 20% of the registration fees collected through the association. Ms. Lina El-Kurd, General Manager of Run Jordan, emphasized that sports can be a bridge of hope and support, stressing the association’s keenness to ensure that the marathon is an event with a social mission as much as it is a global sporting event.
El-Kurd expressed her deep appreciation for the significant support of Bromine Jordan, the main sponsor of the marathon, highlighting the continued partnership with the Greater Amman Municipality, the Public Security Directorate, the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army, the Jordan Athletics Federation, and the Ministries of Education, Health, and Tourism.
She also voiced pride in the sponsorship of the Arab Bank as a Gold Sponsor, the Arab Potash Company and the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company as Silver Sponsors, along with Zain as the Telecommunications Partner and Ghadir as the Official Water Sponsor. The marathon additionally benefits from in-kind and logistical support provided by Aramex, Siniora, Buffalo, Al Dayaa, and Fay Sports Club.
El-Kurd further praised the pivotal role of media and advertising partners in supporting the marathon and amplifying its message, including Jordan Television, Radio Energy, Jormall, G-Mic, Radio Fann, Rotana, and Amman TV.
Run Jordan affirmed that the safety of runners remains a top priority, ensured through cooperation with civil society organizations such as the Health Call Association, the Jordan Red Crescent, and the Jordanian Cycling Club, in addition to the pivotal role of hundreds of volunteers who form the backbone of the marathon’s success.
The Bromine Amman Marathon 2025 will kick off from the Hashemite Plaza traffic lights and will include: the individual marathon (42.195 km), the relay marathon (42.195 km), the half marathon (21 km) for individuals and for persons with disabilities, and the 10 km race for individuals and for persons with disabilities. The Children’s Race will be held on Friday, October 10 at Al Hussein Gardens – Football Field (11), covering age groups from 6 to 14 years.
